Definitions
These general terms and conditions of sale set out the relation between Vip srl and the User regarding the online purchase of products through the website. For more information not mentioned in these general terms and conditions for the sale and transportation, please see Law Decree 22 May 1999, no. 185 and the related applicable discipline in the Italian Civil Code.
In addition to the above terms defined in the general conditions, the following words, where beginning with capital letter, have the following meaning, both singular and plural:

| Contract: |
Indicates the agreement regulated by these general Conditions of sale, as agreed between Bitart.biz and the Client. Following the receipt by Bitart.biz of the Purchase Order, these Conditions are to be considered as agreed by both parties. |
Purchase Order: |
Indicates the agreement by the Client, sent online to Bitart.biz, to the Product's price (which is the total price of the Products, in case of a multiple purchase of goods), to the transportation expenses, to the characteristics and quality of the Product (or Products) and to the terms contained in these general Conditions of sale. On the Purchase Order receipt, complete with the purchase details, will be automatically sent both to Bitart.biz and to the Client. |
Declarations, duties and warranty
The Products are displayed and made visible on the website in an accurate manner and consistent with their actual characteristics. However, since we are aware of the fact that computer screens may have various settings and therefore could display colours that may not perfectly match with the actual ones, we advise, in order to view the artwork optimally, to set the screen so that all the tone ranges of the following grey scale can be distinguished and that it should be appropriately neutralised so not to have predominant colours.
For viewing correctly we advise to use monitors profiled according to the standard ISO12647-2 Fogra27.
Payment mode
The prices include VAT.
Our company (Vip srl) is Italian, therefore every sale will be considered as done within the Italian territory and is subject to the national tax; the internal, international and the custom fiscal regulations will apply, where applicable.
The sales carried out outside the EU territory may be subject to local taxes, import charges or custom charges, related to which, Vip declines any responsibility.
Bitart.biz suggests the following payment modes, available based on the type of User account.
Credit card
for the payment by credit card Bitart.biz relies on Cim Italia Spa to allow their Clients to buy in total security.\
The User choosing to pay in this mode will be redirected to the payment page of Cim Italia Spa to enter the reserved data.
Accepted credit cards as follows: Visa, Mastercard.
Paypal
For the payment by credit card Bitart.biz relies on Paypal to allow their Clients to buy in total security. The User choosing to buy in this mode will be redirected to the Paypal payment page to enter their the reserved data.
How to order
To compile an order you need to register with the website and, afterwards, to follow these steps:
1. Product choice
Choose the product by selecting it on the online catalogue or free search. A detailed form will be displayed.
2. Format choice
Choose and select the desired format amongst the available ones as shown in the details form. The product will be added to the shopping basket, on which it will be possible to change the quantities and remove products.
3. Start checkout
When the shopping basket contains all the chosen products, click on 'proceed with checkout'.
4. Choose the payment mode
Choose the payment mode from the available ones.
5. Protected access and entering the delivery details
In case you haven't logged in yet, you will need to enter your user name and password. Then you will be able to view and verify or enter your delivery details.
6. Order summary
The order summary allows you to check the steps taken are correct and to proceed to the purchase.
7. Entering the payment details

8. Conclusion
At this stage the order is completed and we will take care of your requests. The Client will receive a confirmation of the Completed Order via email, this should be kept until the goods are received. As soon as Bitart.biz receives proof of the completion of the Order will prepare and dispatch it.
Security
The purchases carried out in the payment modes we proposed will be subject to high security measures guaranteed by Cim Italia Spa and Paypal.
All the entered data in these secured systems do not transit on our servers, thus guaranteeing a further security level.
Dispatch and delivery
The dispatch delivery are always at the Client's charge. Bitart.biz only uses express couriers both for the deliveries within the national and the international territory, so that it guarantees the best service quality.

On delivery, the Client accepts to verify the actual integrity of the parcels and that these have not been opened, got wet, damaged or opened or deteriorated.
For any problem found you would need to sign on the RECEIVED WITH RESERVATIONS, describing the reason why on the delivery note.
We remind you that in case you signed without contesting the potential evident damages, the courier's responsibility will be lifted on damages caused during trasport.
Bitart.biz responsibility is lifted towards the buyer in case of lack of or delayed partial delivery due to causes out of their control and any case to which the courier might be responsible.
Should the Client not be available at the moment of delivery of the parcel, the transportation should leave a notice with the indications on what the terms and conditions for the collection or possible re-delivery would be.
DELIVERY TIMESCALES
The completion of the order takes approximately 3 to 10 working days as the canvases are printed only on request.
In the event of a delay, the Client will be immediately informed via email with the potential delivery date.
We reserve the right to agree with the Business User a different delivery date each time, based on the requests and also on the quantities ordered.
In any event where a delay is due to a major disruption, the company will not be held responsible for the delayed delivery.
Return policy
The law Decree D.Lgs no. 185 of 22/05/1999 describes the regulations related to the right to Return for the buyer when the agreement to a purchase contract is not settled in a commercial environment. Therefore it includes the purchases carried out online.
Everyone has the right to return the goods if they have purchased them from our website.
This right can be taken advantage of with no opposition motivations. However, in order to constantly improve our services, we would like to receive, even if not specific, a comment on what happened.
The return right is not allowed to judicial persons (i.e: companies, retail, etc.) and to the physical persons who act in their own personal commercial activity interest.
The right to return the goods has to be carried out through recorded delivery, within the terms regulated by the current law.
by taking advantage of this right, the buyer will have the right to receive a full refund.
On request to Bitart.biz, the buyer has to provide the following data: a copy of the original delivery note, in case of partial return, the code of the item/s to be returned and the bank details on which you need the money transfer (IBAN account code of the invoice recipient).
The right to return cannot be applied to all the products, that were originally sealed, that have been opened by the Client.
The transportation will be carried out at the Client's charge.
The goods should be returned in a non damaged and complete state, otherwise Bitart.biz will not accept the Client's goods.
The payment of the corresponding amount to the Client who is returning the material, will be done via bank transder, by the bank chosen by the Client him/herself, within 20 working days from the Bitart.biz goods received date.
Jurisdiction and competent court
Who visits this website, and takes advantage of the products and services offered by Bitart.biz, agrees that any relations derived from it is regulated by the Italian law and that any controversy is to be submitted to the court of LECCO.
The trademarks in this site are regulated by the Italian and European standards on the safeguard of trademarks. Any drawing, symbol or image displayed on this website are subject to copyright and the any non authorised reproduction is forbidden.

Since 1980 this free-lance illustrator and graphic designer has worked for some of the top advertising agencies and publishers of Milan, He has taken to many illustration and painting exhibitions, both in Italy and abroad. His illustrations are for packing, brochures, posters, web-pages and digital imaging (in digital only).

Born in Lodi in 1984. In 2006 she obtains the Illustration and Multimedial Animation diploma at European Institute of Design in Milan (IED). She takes part, among many, in the Hasbro Littlest Pet Shop competition. In 2007 her work was exposed at 9° International Comic's exhibition "Napoli Comicon" and in Genova for the "Fedriani. La vita è sogno" competition. She works with the editors Ghisetti&Corvi and Axis Publishing-London to the execution of illustrated books. Her work is on the Associazione Illustratori Annual. She co-operates with an advertising agency in Milan and realises some local advertising graphic works.
